These documents are best viewed in a standard Web Browser with the PDF plugin of your choice.

Linking to the page or an individual document as designed will work fine, except that handheld device software will store the document itself to the device instead of storing the link to the document. This will leave you viewing the old stored document on your device instead of the new document when you visit that link.

For browser users this is not an issue.

Be sure to clear relevant documents saved on your handheld or tablet each time so that you will see the new document. The date on the document provides a clue.
